Year end Videos from PeaceTrain and TBR

These are two very good sites you might wish to visit whilst you wander the internets. Glenda and Dude run PeaceTrain and The Blue Republic respectively. Both videos are excellent and I would appreciate all three of my readers watching them…ok, all four of you.

About Dusty, hells most vocal bitch

I am a..brown Cali bitch that is quite the opinionated, political, pain-in-the-ass, in your face kinda girl that also loves baseball and music to a fault. Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe.--Albert Einstein-*

  6. Very powerful videos… Peace and reality have never been so far apart. And not likely to change until the D.C. gangs get the idea that every two years they can lose their jobs if they don’t legislate what the majority of people want. The megacorps and the military industrial complex will not likely take to the idea that we export plowshares instead of M1-A1-Abrams and F-16’s. We have such a hard and long fight, it will be critical for the next few years to instill in our young people the idea that we can not continue to foster diplomacy at the point of a gun barrel. These lofty goals were swept aside by complacency in the ones of us who lived thru VietNam. We lost our zealousness for activism in our pursuit of the great american dream – a job, wedding bells, a house and a new car. We overlooked what D.C. had to dole out because it did not affect us on a personal level enough to complain. Let’s hope that the next generations to follow will not make the same mistakes that I have made. I will continue to do what I can as I am assured you and your fiends will. We must fight with the hope that our children and their children will have a peaceful world one of these days. Thanks for the videos once again.Regards– fc

  7. I lived during Viet Nam..I cut my protest teeth then. A peaceful world just doesn’t seem to be in the cards.there will always be a war-mongering fuckwit somewhere, in charge of some country.
