The blog is located here, it’s called the BP Slick. Its the gentleman that was on KO’s show tonight. It will possibly make you ill and perhaps cry….it did that to me.
Then, it made me incredibly angry. Oh, how I would love to see some of the exec’s from BP in a dark alley…they lie and obsfucate their fucking asses off about the toll their screwup has caused. But they have no problem putting out press releases on how much money they have spent so far on fixing their fuckup.
I really thought I was one of ‘those people’ who would never get an ulcer..seriously, I did. I have no friggin problem vocalizing my pissed-offed-ness in a voice so loud, rank and obnoxious that people within a four block radius hear me and get ‘my point’.
Evidently…I was wrong because my father has been able to do the unthinkable…make me sick to my stomach and consequently going to the doc’s tomorrow to inquire as to whether an ulcer is in my immediate future.
Another thing he has done was push my buttons so hard and so often that I think a few of them are stuck in the on position.
So, with all that in mind, when the cunt-haired bitch in the pharmacy at Wally World, on Rosedale, jerked my chain really early this morning by announcing I would have to wait until 5pm to pick up a refill for my rescue inhaler…I almost stroked out…I swear I saw stars before I launched into a tirade that included announcing that I was calling a couple of friends I have over at channel’s 29 and 23 and ripping her and her fellow pharmacy employees a new one live on the five o clock news…about how I had to go to the emergency room which gawd knows is full of death and infections to begin with….because ‘they have rules’ and not being able to breathe doesn’t count with them.
I was told I should of called yesterday to refill the inhaler…even if I didn’t need it or fucking use it yesterday. I was expected to be clairvoyant if I wanted a refill and/or to be able to breathe like everyone else on the fucking planet…
Bear in mind I called the minute they opened. Maybe the 3rd minute…I ain’t sure. Also bear in mind that after talking to three of these ignorant employees, I was primed like no ones business when I finally got the pharmacist, aka the cunt-haired bitch on the horn.
I did not use any four-letter words…but I did use every long, four-or-more syllables, legal-ese word and legal threat I could think of..all with honey dripping off them..,ok that last part is a bit of a lie…but I digress…
Whilst I tore this worthless employee, aka the cunt-haired-one-in-charge a new ass, without being foul-mouthed, I was marching around in the living room like I was on a death march into a warzone…my guns…aka my voice…a-blazing.
In the end, I got one helluva walk accomplish in my living room, and my blood pressure was off the charts. I also got my inhaler within 2 hours of my call…simply unheard of in these here parts people!!
😉 It’s good to be the bitch….sometimes it is, ya know.
After watching that fuckwad yesterday, I really wish he would fall in a deep hole and never find his way out. Christ, what a political piece of shit.
And another thing..if they have the votes to get Kagan out of committee, why in the blue hell don’t they just do it? I am sick to death of listening to all the political grandstanding by every fucking Rethug that sits on that committee.
Kagan isnt a liberal, she sure as fuck isn’t a traditional progressive either. She is a friggin middle of the road pain in my brown ass.
The old fucker served WVA for over half a century. He tried hard to eliminate poverty in West VA, we must give him credit for that, even though he fought against the civil rights act of 1964 as well as the Voting Rights act that same year. He was in most respects a racist sumbitch. He was a former KKK member, which isn’t surprising considering where and how he grew up. He did not go to a traditional college, but he could be quite eloquent. Below are a few of his more memorable quotes:
“I lost no opportunity to promote funding for programs and projects of benefit to the people back home.”
“It is money, money, money! Not ideas, not principles, but money that reigns supreme in American politics. “
“We, unlike Nazi Germany or Mussolini’s Italy, have never stopped being a nation of laws, not of men. But witness how men with motives and a majority can manipulate law to cruel and unjust ends. “
He was 92 when he went to meet his maker last night.
Non political post people….it IS Sunday ya know. 😉
I have always loved the Fender Stratocaster. So many fantastic musicians of my era (the 70;s-80s) played it. When my son said he wanted to learn how to play electric guitar..I ran out and bought the kid a Strat…went in hock up to my brown eyes…
Then there was the cost of lessons…not cheap. The kid evidently did not like lessons or practice time at home..he just wanted a very-fucking-expensive air guitar I guess.
I was crushed and sold that hot pink strat after six months of fighting w/the sub-teenage pain in my ass…but I digress..
Palladia had the three hour documentary on today, sadly I missed the first 45 minutes of it. But I can tell you that it is well worth seeing, if you are a music nut like moi. You can buy the dvd on Amazon, buy.com and other places. I couldn’t find another rebroadcast of it in the search function for Directv. There are wonderful artists that play their best music live like:
David Gilmour, Joe Walsh, Paul Rodger, Gary Moore, Phil Manzanera and a host of talented folks…one person is glaringly missing:
EC…Eric Clapton. But it’s still worth viewing/listening to. I swear to Buddha. 😉
